Wireless Communications
Led by Noah Cherry, the Wireless Communications team will enable long-range communication with the rover for complete remote control.
Operating on both the 900 Mhz and the 2.4 Ghz frequencies, the rover will be able to transmit live and clear video feeds as well as real-time instructions. Interfacting with various on-board sensors, live data about the rovers and its environment will continuously be sent back to the base station and made available through a custom control box. Fitted with a high resoulution monitor and various controls, the control box is an all-in-one rover control solution.
