Electrical

Led by Abdulaziz Almailam, the Electrical team is using a custom-designed modular power management board to supply, monitor, and control power to various sub-systems onboard the rover. The board provides over-current monitoring and switching for each subsystem, avoiding a total shutdown in the event of a fault unique to a single system.

An independent microcontroller interfaces with the management controller to provide real time power data and system status.
